At Inverterzone.pk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
Return Window
You may return any item within 7 days of receiving your order. After 7 days, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition you received it
- Be in the original packaging with all accessories included
- Have the original receipt or proof of purchase
- Not be damaged due to improper installation or misuse
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been installed, activated, or used
- Items damaged by the customer after delivery
- Items returned after the 7-day window
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Inverterzone.pk is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days
- Refund is issued via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash to the account provided by the customer
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
