Warranty Policy
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects only. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper handling, or external factors.
The following are not covered under warranty:
- Burnout damage caused by overuse, overheating, power surge, wrong voltage, or improper electrical connection.
- Wrecked or physically damaged items, including broken, cracked, bent, dropped, crushed, or damaged products.
- Water damage, including damage caused by moisture, rain, spills, flooding, or liquid contact.
- Damage caused by unauthorized repair, modification, or tampering.
- Normal wear and tear.
Warranty claims will only be accepted after inspection. If the product is found to be damaged due to any of the reasons listed above, the warranty claim will be rejected.
