We deliver across all major cities and towns in Pakistan including Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Sialkot, Gujranwala, and more.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Lahore (Local) 1-2 business days
Major Cities 2-4 business days
Remote Areas 4-7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier service availability, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight
  • Free Shipping: Available on select orders and during promotional periods (check current promotions)

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery status through our courier partner website in real-time.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Contact us immediately within 24 hours of delivery (for damaged items)
  • Provide photos of the damaged packaging and product
  • We will work with our courier partner to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund

8. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal by the recipient:

  • We will contact you to arrange re-delivery
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery
  • Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct when placing your order
