Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order. Payment can be made via:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Bank Transfer
  • JazzCash / EasyPaisa

Orders are processed after payment confirmation. For COD orders, processing begins once the order is confirmed.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan. Delivery timelines vary based on your location:

  • Lahore (Local): 1-2 business days
  • Major Cities: 2-4 business days
  • Remote Areas: 4-7 business days

5. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. 6. Warranty

Products sold by Shami Tech carry manufacturer warranty as specified on individual product pages. Warranty claims are handled in coordination with the respective manufacturers or authorized service centers. Warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage or misuse
  • Water or liquid damage
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Normal wear and tear
